Jon Peddie has been a guiding force in the CGI industry for decades. Ed speaks with Jon about his company, his personal history, his relationship with SIGGRAPH, his books, and his visions about the future of Augmented Reality and other imaging technologies.
These interviews took form in the first months of the covid pandemic, when Ed had time while quarantining, and decided to tell the stories of individuals who make up the roughly 700 members of the SIGGRAPH Pioneers group. Pioneer membership is open to any SIGGRAPH member who has been professionally involved in the CGI field for twenty years or more.
